Frequently asked questions
Who pays the commission?
It is taken from each payment received through Karven, according to the plan of whoever receives it. The contract amount the other party pays does not change.
What if we settle directly between ourselves?
No commission is taken: Karven then does not track the payment. Only a subscription, if you have one, remains due.
